1 lb. smoked sausage
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 onion, sliced
1 pepper, sliced
¼ c. red wine
1 tbsp. basil
1 6oz. can tomato paste
Splash of hot pepper juice or hot pepper sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage until brown in olive oil. Remove from pan and slice. Add back to pan with salt and pepper to taste.

Add remaining ingredients and cook until peppers and onions are tender and sausage is done.
