Crust:

1¼ cups graham cracker crumbs
4 Tbsp. melted butter
3 Tbsp. sugar


Cheese Mixture:

3 8 oz. packages cream cheese
¾ cup sugar
5 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. flour

Sour Cream Topping Mixture:

1 pint sour cream
¾ cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Crust:

Mx ingredients well. Press into 9" ungreased springform pan. Bake 6 minutes at 350° and cool slightly.

Cheese Mixture:

Soften cream cheese. Beat in sugar. Add eggs one egg at a time. Add vanilla and flour. Beat about 5 minutes or until thick. Pour cheese mixture on top of crust.

Bake 25-30 minutes at 375° Note: Center may seem a little soft, but will thicken. Cool about 15 minutes.


Sour Cream Mixture:

Add ingredients and beat about 10 minutes. Spread over cheese mixture. Bake 25 minutes at 350°. Top with sprinkles or nuts.

Cool completely and refrigerate.
