2 ½ c sugar
1/2 c light corn syrup
1/2 c water
1/8 t salt
2 egg whites
1 t vanilla
1/2 to 1 c nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Microwave sugar, syrup, water and salt for 15-17 mins stirring occasionally to hard ball (260º)

Beat egg whites to stiff peak. Slowly beat in syrup mixture. Add vanilla and beat till holds shape (4-5 mins). Fold in nuts.

Drop onto wax paper.
