2 lb. pork stew meat
oil for browning
1 package of beef stew mix
1 cup beef broth
1 onion chopped
1 bag peppers and onions
1 table garlic powder
1 table chopped garlic
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 cup fresh tomatoes
1 bag carrots
4 big potatoes quartered
1 jar ernsberger pasta sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Flour meat and cook till meat is brown. Drain leftover oil. Add Broth, add stew meat seasoning, add garlic powder and chopped garlic, add carrots and potatoes. Add onions and peppers. Add stewed and fresh tomatoes. Cook on low until meat is tender. Drain half of broth off. Add jar of pasta sauce.
Per taste add Italian seasoning and oregano.
