Tassie Crust


Ingredients:

c. oleo (margarine) leave out overnight
3 oz pkg cream cheese
1 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oleo and cream cheese together with a mixer. Add flour and mix by hand. Chill 1 hour. Shape into 24 one inch balls. Mold into mini muffin tins hollowing out the center. Add filling and bake at 325 for 25-30 minutes.
 

Tassie Filling


Ingredients:

1 egg
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. melted oleo (margarine)
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix filling ingredients and pour into tassie crust shells. Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
