1 pkg frozen broccoli, or fresh, cooked half way, drained
1 egg, beaten well
pkg (1 of 4 sleeves) saltine crackers; crush into crumbs
small onion, finely chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
can evaporated milk
1 cup +/- grated cheddar cheese, medium or sharp
tsp salt
pepper, if desired

Preheat oven 350. Mix all ingredients together well making sure cracker crumbs are dissolved. Pour into a casserole dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 35-40 minutes until top is browned

Personal Notes:
It will help dissolve crackers easier if you put crumbs and milk in bowl first allowing milk to absorb cracker crumbs.
