Ingredients: 1/4 cup chili powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes 1 teaspoon dried oregano 2 teaspoons paprika 2 tablespoons ground cumin

Directions:In a small bowl, mix together spices. Store in an airtight container.
To prepare tacos:
Brown taco meat over medium to medium-high heat (ground turkey, beef, etc.)
Add salt to taste (General rule of thumb is 1/2 to 1 tsp. of salt per 1 lb. of ground meat.)
After the meat is browned and no longer pink, add 1/3-1/2 cup of water and 3 tbls. of seasoning. Stir together and let the flavors blend until water evaporates. |
