1 Box Jumbo Pasta Shells (I use Barilla)

1 or1½ pounds cooked Ground Beef (strain grease)

¾ Taco Seasoning Packet

5 or 6 ounces of Cream Cheese

½ cup Salsa ( I usually use Tostito's mild, but you can use any salsa)

Four Cheese Mexican Shredded Cheese Blend

Cook 1 box of jumbo shells al dente, strain and rinse in cold water and place out separately to dry.

Mix ground beef, taco seasoning, salsa and cream cheese together and cook over low heat until cream cheese is melted in nicely.

Preheat oven to 350º

Take an aluminum or glass baking dish and coat bottom with salsa, scoop 1 teaspoon
of meat mixture into each shell and load up tray.

Top off with additional salsa and cheese (Mexican shredded blend) and bake in oven
about 20 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
