1 cup soft bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk
2 LBS ground beef
2T minced onion
1 1/2 TSP salt
1 egg
1 cup OPEN PIT barbeque sauce
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Soak bread crumbs in milk.

Add meat, onioin, salt, egg and 1/2 cup barbeque sauce. Mix well.

Shape into a loaf and place in shallow pan.

Combine remaining barbeque sauce and 1/2 cup of water. Pour 1/4 cup over meat loaf.

Bake in oven at 350º fir 1 HOUR basting frequently with remaining sauce.
