1 box (4 serving size) Vanilla instant pudding and pie mix
1 ½ c milk
1 box choc fudge cake mix
20 Oreos, crushed
1 ½ c choc chips
1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Spray bottom and sides of 13 x 9 inch pan.

In large bowl beat pudding mix and mil. Stir in cake mix and 1 c of the crushed cookies. Spread batter evenly in pan. Sprinkle choc chips evenly on top.

Bake 30-35 mins or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely in pan, about 1 hour.

Spread whipped topping and sprinkle with remaining crushed cookies.

Store covered in refrigerator.
