Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1.5 pounds Ground Turkey brown with onion
1 Tablespoon of Peanut oil
Diced onion (1/2 to one whole onion)
Crushed Garlic - 3 cloves
3 cans of diced tomatoes
1 can black beans
1 little can of green chilies (optional)
juice of 1 lime
Cumin - 1 tablespoon
chili powder - some
celery salt - to tste
black pepper - to taste
Oregano- 1 teaspoon
Tabasco- 4 -5 shakes of bottle
Paprika - 1 teaspoon
Ginger 1 teaspoon
Cilantro- about two Tablespoons chopped (add last)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown turkey and the onion in oil in a large skillet. Add everything else, simmer for about 15-20 minutes, longer if you can stand it. Add the cilantro last.
Great as leftovers.
Sour with sour cream and cheese.
