12 eggs
2 cups milk
1 cup shredded cheese such as cheddar or swiss
1 lb cooked bacon, sausage or ham, diced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tbsp. Penzey’s Sunny Paris seasoning or salt and pepper to taste
8 small croissants, cubed

Optional:
peppers, onion, mushrooms, zucchini diced tomatoes, spinach

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, whisk eggs and milk until completely mixed, add
remaining ingredients and combine. Pour into a greased 9 by 13-inch
pan, cover, and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, bake at 350
degrees F for 50 to 60 minutes, or until set.
