1 lb. block sharp cheddar
4 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
cup mayonnaise
1 4oz jar chopped pimentos, drained
2 tablespoons grated onion
⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Grate cheese. Combine shredded cheddar, cream cheese, mayo, pimentos, grated onion, black pepper, and garlic. Stir to combine. Add salt to taste.
