3 pounds of peeled apples
6 Tablespoons of granulated sugar
2 Tablespoons of Unbleached all-purpose flour
Fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup flour
1 stick softened butter
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.
Brush a 2-quart baking dish with unsalted butter. Toss 3 pounds peeled, cored and chopped apples, 6 Tablespoons granulated sugar, 2 Tablespoons unbleached flour, and fresh lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt; transfer to dish. In a bowl, beat 1 stick softened butter with 1/2 cup packed brown sugar until fluffy. Mix in 1 cup flour and 1/2 tsp salt until large pieces form. Scatter over the filling, Bake until center is bubbly, about 1 hour. If top darkens, tent with foil.. Let cool 20 minutes. Serve.
