2 eggs, well beaten
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. lukewarm water
3 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. oil
2 c. warm milk

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water
Add salt, sugar, oil, and yeast mixture into beaten eggs.
Add flour alternately with warm milk
Put batter in a large (at least 1/2 gallon container)
Cover and store in refrigerator
Should be refrigerated for at least 24 hours

Bake in hot waffle iron

Batter keeps well in the fridge for 5-6 days.
