4-5 lb roast
6 tbsp of mild curry (or more!)
6 Cans of tomato soup
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix curry power and salt into tomato soup
Put mixture and roast in crock pot
Cook on low for approximately 6 hours (or until done)

Serve over white rice with the following optional toppings:
Shredded cheddar cheese
Tomatoes (diced small)
Bell Peppers (diced small)
Onions (diced small)
Yellow raisins
Bananas (cut into small pieces)
Boiled egg (cut into small pieces)
Peanuts
