3/4 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
a large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbs. powder sugar
1 c. jelly,jam,or preserves

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 15 x 10 in jelly pan and line with wax paper. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Sift together 3 times. Beat sugar and eggs ay medium speed for 10 minutes thick, pale, and tripled in size. Gently fold in flour mixture and vanilla. Bake at 400º fpr 7-9 mninutes, Do not over bake! Turn cake out on sugared towel. Carefully pull off wax paper. Roll up towel and cake carefully and cool completely on wire rack.Unroll, spread with jelly, roll back up with seam side down.Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
