Ingredients:
Ingredients:
750 ml bottle of 190 proof Everclear (or highest proof you can get)
1 c Capt. Morgan Spiced Rum (or 2c is good too)
1 gallon apple cider
1 qt apple juice
3 c brown sugar
1 c sugar
10 cinnamon sticks
Large stock pot
6 qt size mason jars

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cinnamon sticks, apple cider and apple juice in the large pot. Bring it all to a mild simmer and add in the sugars

Continue to stir slowly for about 5-10 mins until all the sugar is dissolved. At that point, turn the heat off and allow the apple cider mixture to cool down to room temp.

Allow it several hours to reach a lower temp, stir in the Everclear and one to two cups of rum.

At that point you are ready to jar the apple pie moonshine in the jars.

Add a cinnamon stick if desired.

Personal Notes:
This recipe comes together very quickly

As the moonshine ages, the cinnamon and sugar blends out the alcohol taste to an almost undetectable level. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
