Ingredients:
6 large jalapenos
12 extra-large shrimp
1 lb thin cut bacon (I prefer low salt and the cheapest)
12 tooth picks
soy sauce
salt

Directions:
Directions:
1.) Cut tops off and halve the jalapenos long-ways. remove seeds and veins. Soak in ice cold salt water 30 min. "takes some of the heat out". Rinse off.

2.) Peel & de-vein raw shrimps. Marinade in soy sauce for 30 min.

3.) Lay thin cut bacon on cutting board long-ways. Place jalapenos on one end of the bacon and then place a shrimp in the jalapeno. Roll up the jalapeno/shrimp in the bacon and secure with a toothpick.

4.) Place wrapped jalapenos on indirect heat on the grill. Cook until the bacon is fully cooked (at least 45 min.) Enjoy!

You can cut the cooked jalapenos in half to make 24 pieces.
