1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. Karo
2 tbsp. water
1½ tsp. vanilla
chocolate chips
½ c. chopped nuts

Mix in 2 qt. casserole without lid. Cook in microwave 10 to 12 minutes. Take out and blend vanilla. Pour into baking dish. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Stand for 2 minutes, then spread evenly. Sprinkle and spread in nuts.
