3 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped carrots (optional)
1/2 cups chopped celery (optional)
3-5 boneless chicken breast (depending on size)
3 3/4 cups chicken broth
2 12oz tubes refrigerated biscuits, quartered

Directions:
Directions:
Pour soup into slow cooker; add onion, carrots, celery, and chicken. Pour chicken broth over mixture making sure it is covered if not add a little more water. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-6. About 35-40 minutes before serving make sure to turn slow cooker setting to high. Drop biscuit quarters into slow cooker; stir well. Replace lid and cook for 35 mins or until dumplings are done. Stir and serve.
