2 Crusts:
2 Cups Flour
1 Teas. Salt
1 Cup Lard or Shortening
4-6 T. Ice Water or 7UP

1 Crust:
1 Cup Flour
½ Cup Shortening or Lard
½ Teas. Salt
¼ Cup Ice Water or 7UP

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour and salt together. Cut in ½ cup lard, then cut in the other ½ cup lard.
Add water or 7UP a little at a time until it forms a ball.

Roll out on pastry cloth and place in pie pan. Add filling and top with the rest of the dough rolled out.

Bake.
