1 c. diced onion
salt and pepper to taste
½ c. chili powder
¾ c. ketchup
2½ tsp. cumin
3 tbsp. corn starch
1 can tomato paste

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble burger in skillet and cover with water. Stir and chop up frequently so burger will be fine. When burger is done or brown drain any remaining water off.

Add remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat for at least 3 hours. The longer it cooks the thicker it gets and better it is.

You can adjust the spices to your liking. Freezes well in small freezer containers.
