1 cup pecans, chopped
¾ cup bourbon
2 lbs. confectioners sugar
½ cup butter
1 package chocolate bark coating

Directions:
Directions:
Soak pecans in bourbon overnight in airtight container. Drain bourbon (keep to use). Combine 1 lb. confectioners sugar with the bourbon drained from the pecans. Cream 1 lb. confectioners sugar and softened butter. Combine the two mixtures together, blend, and add pecans. Chill for a short time and make into balls. Dip in melted chocolate and place on wax paper.
