2 cups Kellogg's Corn Flakes, Crumbs (already crushed in box)
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. black pepper
⅓ Tbsp. red pepper
⅓ Tbsp. garlic powder

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in large bowl
Heat oil in fryer to 325-350º
Leave fish damp with water to coat
Toss fish in coating and place in fryer.
Fish is done when it floats
