Meat Loaf Recipe

2 eggs
cup milk
⅔ cup finely crushed saltines
cup chopped onions
1 tsp salt
tsp sage
1 dash pepper
1 lb lean ground beef

In a large bowl, beat eggs.
Add milk, saltines, onions, salt, sage and pepper.
Add beef and mix well.
Shape into a loaf (8 x 4") in an ungreased shallow baking dish.
Spread cup ketchup over meat loaf. (or down the center of the loaf).
Bake at 350 F for 60-65 minutes or until n o longer pink. Drain.
Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
