1 large can of pumpkin
1 cup stevia sweetener
2 eggs
1 1/2 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup lactose free 2% milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 F
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.
Pour into a previously baked pie crust
Bake at 450 F for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 325 F and bake 45 minutes
Remove from oven and allow to cool
