2 pkg. 3 oz strawberry Jello
¼ c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
1 pt. strawberries, cleaned and sliced
1 c. (20.5 oz) crushed pineapple
1 banana (mashed)
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl, blend gelatin and sugar; add boiling water and stir until dissolved. Stir in strawberries, pineapple, and banana. Chill until jelly-like.

In a chilled bowl with chilled beaters, whip sour cream until soft peaks form (about 5 mins. on high). Fold sour cream into gelatin mixture. Pour mixture into mold rinsed with cold water. Chill until firm.

To serve, unmold onto chilled serving plate. Garnish with washed whole unstemmed strawberries.
