1 to 1 ½ lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 15 oz. can mild enchilada sauce
1 4 oz. can diced green chilies
1 can pinto beans
4 c. Dorito chips
2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef. Add onion and cook until tender. Mix in other ingredients except cheese and chips.
Crush two cups of corn chips to line greased casserole dish. Pour meat mixture over chips.
Top with 1 cup grated cheese, then coarsely crushed chips and lastly more cheese.
Bake at 325˚ for 25 to 30 minutes.
