1 pound sausage
4 Tbsp. butter
⅔ cup flour
6 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in large skillet (do not drain)
Add butter to cooked sausage and let melt
Sprinkle flour in pan and stir for 2 minutes
Add milk and whisk constantly until thickened.
Remove from heat and let stand a few minutes to finish thickening
Salt and Pepper to taste
