2 8oz Cans Tomato Sauce
2 tbsp. Barbecue Sauce
1 tbsp. granulated sugar
1 to 2 lbs. ground sirloin
6 tbsp. flour
tsp. salt
tsp. onion powder
tsp. ground black pepper
Dash Garlic Powder

Preheat oven to 500
In a small saucepan, over medium heat, add: tomato sauce, barbecue sauce and sugar. Heat mixture until it begins to bubble, stirring often. Remove from heat, set aside.

In Large Bowl: add meat and approx. of tomato sauce mixture while warm. Mix well.
Add the remaining ingredients. Mix again. Make into a loaf type, put in 8X13 pan (glass, metal or foil pan). Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and drain fat. Cut the meatloaf into 8 slices. Pour remaining sauce over the meatloaf. Return to oven, bake an additional 30 minutes, uncovered. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

I usually use a Foil pan for easy clean up. Also, I've used ground turkey or deer hamburger. I got this recipe on-line from Boston Market Restaurant.
