20 oz. frozen spinach, thawed and chopped small
3 cloves garlic, chopped fine
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayo
2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. kosher salt
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 c. sour cream, room temperature

Directions:
Directions:
Dump all ingredients in mixer. Blend on medium speed until completely combined. Remove bowl from mixer and stir to make sure nothing was left at the bottom of the bowl. Place in a bowl and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
