2 large Cans of Tuttorosso Crushed Tomatoes
1 large Onion
1 8oz Fresh Mushrooms
1 large heaping tbsp of chopped garlic
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
basil
italian seasoning
crushed red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
add olive oil to cover bottom of pan, add diced onion, sautee onion and then add mushroom until cooked. Next add crushed tomatoes and seasonings to taste.
Instead of mushrooms you can substitute ground beef or turkey.
Simmer on Medium heat for about 1 hour stirring occasionally so it doesn't stick.
Serve over any pasta, ravioli, or stuff shell.
