1 qt. cabbage
1 qt. chopped green tomatoes
2 red peppers
2 large onions
c. salt
1 c. vinegar (5% acidity)
1 c. water
2 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. celery seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Chop the cabbage, tomatoes, red peppers, green peppers, and onion. Mix in the salt. Let stand overnight. Next morning- drain and press in a cloth to remove all liquid possible. Boil vinegar, water, sugar, and spices for 5 minutes, Add vegetable mixture. Bring to a boil and pour into jars and seal.
