1 qt. cider vinegar
2 qts. water
¾ c. ice cream salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 jalapeño pepper per jar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut peppers in fourths, remove seeds. Pack in jars. Add jalapeño pepper in center of jar. Bring vinegar, water, salt, and sugar, to a boil. Pour over peppers and seal.
