2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. milk
pinch of salt
2 c, grated cheddar cheese
1 lb. cooked cavatappi or elbow
macaroni (undercook by 2-3 min)*

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in sauce pan. Add flour and dry mustard. Whisk until smooth. Add milk and salt. Cook until it thickens, stirring constantly. Add cheese, reserving some for topping. When cheese has melted, pour over cooked pasta. Put half of mixture in buttered baking dish. Top with half of bread crumbs. Add rest of pasta. Top with remaining bread crumbs and cheese. Bake at 350º until topping is browned. Can rinse pasta with cold water and add a little olive oil to keep for a few days.
