2 qts. peeled tomatoes
1 c. green peppers chopped
1 c. onion chopped
1 c. celery chopped
1 tbsp. crushed red peppers
1 tsp. garlic or clove
1 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. chili powder

Cook until thick -it boils down to about half- at least 4 hours. Seal.
