Spiked Apple Crisp Recipe

c peeled, sliced apples
t cinnamon sugar
1 t grated lemon rind
1 t grated orange rind
1 jigger Gran Marnier
1 jigger Amaretto
c sugar
c brown sugar
c flour
t salt
1 stick butter

Mix all ingredients (NOT the topping ingredients) with the sliced apples and pour into a lightly buttered baking dish.
Mix all the topping ingredients together until crumbly and sprinkle on top of the apples.
Bake uncovered at 350 for about an hour or until the apples are tender and the top is lightly browned.

If you don't want to add the alcohol in, substitute orange juice, or even apple cider.
Also, add in a little sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg in the topping ingredients for a little extra flavor.
