½ c. butter
1½ c. brown sugar
½ c. white sugar
2 eggs separated
2 tbsp. water
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, ½ c. sugar, add egg yolks, and water. Add flour, soda, and vanilla. Pour onto cookie sheet. Sprinkle chips over mixture. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add remaining sugar and spread over top. Bake at 325º for 30 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
