1st layer:
2 sticks oleo (margarine)
2 cups flour
½ teaspoon salt
¾ cup chopped walnuts
Cool Whip for topping

2nd layer:
1½ package (12 ounces) cream cheese (room temperature)
1 8 ounce package cool whip
½ cup powdered sugar

3rd layer:
1 large box Jello lemon pudding mix (cooked type)

1st layer:
Mix margarine, flour, and salt until crumbly. Add nuts. Mix and pat into 9x13 pan. Bake at 400º approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside to cool.

2nd layer:
Mix cream cheese, cool whip, and powdered sugar and set aside.

3rd layer:
Cook pudding, using package instructions and st in fridge to cool. Cover with wax paper.

Assemble when cool
1 spread cream cheese filling on crust
2 spread lemon pudding on cheese
3 top with more cool whip and nuts
