2 teaspoons gelatin
½ cold water
1 cup whipped cream
¾ cup sugar
1 cup sour cream (slightly beaten)
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle gelatin over water and let soften 5 minutes. Combine whipped cream and sugar in double boiler until warm. Stir until dissolved and well blended. Chill until thickening begins, then whip stiff. Fold sour cream, salt, and vanilla Ito mixture. Pour into mold(s) and chill until firm. Serve with berries - fresh or frozen
