1 to 2 Lbs Ground Beef
2 Eggs
¼ cup parsley flakes
¼ cup minced onions
½ cup Bread Crumbs
2-3 Tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
1 Teaspoon Lawrey's Seasoned Salt
1 teaspoon Natures Seasons

You can cut up potatoes and carrots and put them around the meatloaf to cook them in the juices

You can also add a ½ package of Au Jus Mix for a little more flavor.

You can use Au Jus sprinkled on steaks with olive oil as a great marinade too!

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in together and put in a roaster pan with potatoes and cut carrots around the Meatloaf.

Add ¼ to ½ cup of water if adding potatoes and carrots

Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350º
