⅔ C evaporated milk (1 small can)
1 beaten egg
2 T. finely chopped onion
½ tsp salt
dash pepper
4 oz swiss cheese, shredded (1 C)
3 C fresh or frozen corn
½ C soft bread crumbs
1 T. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Cook fresh corn in 1 C boiling water 2-3 minutes or until just tender. Drain well. Combine corn, milk, egg, onion, salt, pepper, 3/4 C of the cheese. Turn into a 10 x 6 baking dish. Toss bread crumbs with the butter and remaining cheese. Sprinkle over the corn mixture and bake at 350 degrees 25 to 30 minutes.

This well used recipe clipping says it came from August 1967 issue of Better Homes and Gardens. It always seems to be part of our Thanksgiving dinners and other occasions.
