1 1/4 Cup Sugar
6 T Cornstarch
2 Cup Water
3 Egg Yolks
1/3 Cup Lemon Juice
1 1/2 Tsp Lemon Extract
3 T. Butter
2 Tsp Vinegar

1 Deep Dish Pie Crust

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and cornstarch in top of double boiler. Add water. In bowl combine egg yolk and lemon juice & beat. Add to double boiler. Cook until thick 25 minutes. Add extract, butter & vinegar. Stir. Add to pie crust and bake.
