1 qt. fresh berries
1 cup water
3 tbsp. corn starch
1 tbsp. lemon juice
cup to 1 cup sugar
baked pie crust

1. Mix corn starch, sugar and water a little at a time
2. Cook mixture and when it begins to thicken add 10-12 mashed berries.
3. Cook until clear
4. Add red food coloring

Pie Filling:
1. Slice or mash some berries in the bottom of a baked crust
2. Stand nice berries up.
3. Pour cooled glaze over all
4. Top with whip cream.
