2 (10-oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
2 cups cooked chicken, diced
2 cans cream of chicken soup
cup grated American or cheddar cheese
2 TBSP melted butter
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. (more or less) lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
cup bread crumbs
1 tsp. curry powder (opt.)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli according to taste. Prepare sauce by combining chicken soup, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, cheese, and lemon juice. Drain broccoli and place in the bottom of ungreased casserole dish. Place bite-size chicken pieces over the broccoli and pour soup mixture over both. Combine bread crumbs and melted butter and spread over top. Bake at 350 for about 35 minutes. May be refrigerated 24 hours before baking, but you will need to cook it longer. Also freezes well.
