3 cups peaches, fresh or canned
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup sifted flour
1 cup sugar
½ tap salt
½ tsp cinnamon
1 beaten egg
6 tbsp melted butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place peaches on bottom of 10"x 6"x 1½" pan or an 8" square pan
2. Sprinkle with lemon juice
3. Sift dry ingredients.
4. Add egg, tossing with a fork until crumbly
5. Sprinkle over peaches
6. Drizzle with butter

Bake at 375º for 40 minutes
Top with ice cream
