3 eggs
1 lb powdered sugar
1 lb ground almonds (1 quart after grinding)
3 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat eggs.
2. Add sugar, almonds, and cinnamon. Mix.
3. Cool dough.
4. Take a little wad of dough and roll out to ⅛" thickness using powdered sugar on the cutters and the board.

Bake at 300º for 10 minutes

Ice each cookie and top with English walnut
