2 lb ground beef
1/2 cup instant rice
1 can mushroom stems and pieces
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons finely chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons butter
1 & 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup chili sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350
Cook instant rice according to package directions. Drain mushroom stems and pieces reserving liquid.
Cook onion and green pepper in butter until tender.
Combine ground beef, 1/2 cup cooked rice, mushroom liquid, salt and chili sauce. Combine remaining cooked rice, mushroom stem and pieces, onion mixture and Worcestershire sauce to make rice stuffing.
Roll or pat ground beef mixture out on wax paper into a 12 by 12 inch square. Spread rice stuffing over meat. Role as a jelly roll. Place seems side down on rack in roasting pan. Bake 1 hours
