2 tbsp. olive oil
1 large onion chopped
2 tbsp. sweet paprika
2 ½ cups water
1 package Kluski soup mix or 1 tbsp. chicken soup base granules
1 frying chicken cut up or a package of drumsticks or thighs
3 tbsp. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in olive oil for about 5 minutes
Add 3 cups water, paprika and chicken and cook on low for 35-40 minutes
Then add Kluski soup package or soup base and cook for 20 minutes
Keep covered
Mix sour cream with 3 Tbsp. liquid from the pot, then stir it into the pot
 

Dumplings

3 large eggs
3 tbsp. water
Pinch of salt
1 ½ cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Boil a large pot of water
Mix together eggs, water, salt and flour
Dunk spoon into boiling water so the dough doesn't stick
Spoon dough into the water
Cook for 5-6 minutes, till dumplings float and are firm
